Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-07-30
You may have the right, under the CCPA/CPRA in California or an equivalent statute in another US state, to opt out of having your personal information sold or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page tells you how.
What This Covers
To be precise about what is and is not happening: Partyjinx does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, where advertising is displayed on partyjinx.com, advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners, and state law may classify that as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. We therefore make the opt-out available rather than rely on a narrow reading. You do not have to be a subscriber for this to apply — it covers anyone reading what we publish on partyjinx.com.
The Practical Result
Opting out stops the sharing of advertising identifiers; it does not remove advertising from the site. You may still see ads, but they will be generic rather than selected from your browsing history. Nothing else about the site changes, and we do not degrade access or withhold content because you opted out.
Ways to Opt Out
The quickest route needs no message from you at all: enable Global Privacy Control in your browser or as an extension. We detect and honour that signal automatically on every visit. Alternatively, set your preference in the cookie consent banner where one is shown, or email hello@partyjinx.com with ‘Do Not Sell or Share’ as the subject line. No account is needed, and we do not require you to create one.
Our State Privacy Notice covers the remaining rights available under state law.
